Welcome to Moorside Primary Academy. We are at the heart of the community in which we are set and the start of your child’s learning journey. Curriculum

Our curriculum is designed to be inclusive and value-driven, with a strong focus on vocabulary, enrichment, personal development and adaptive teaching to ensure all children become confident, well-rounded learners.

Personal Development

We want our children to develop their own character, skills and knowledge and confidently take part in a variety of situations ensuring that they ‘have a voice to be heard’.

SEND Provision

We believe in positive intervention, removing barriers to learning, raising expectations and levels of achievement in order to provide a positive educational experience for all our pupils, including those with a special educational need or disability.
